Stephanie Johnson, founder of Organic Growth Business Consulting, has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, business growth and strategic planning. She holds degrees in both Finance and Marketing and has held multiple executive financial positions including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Financial Controller. She brings depth of knowledge in business growth and leadership.

Driven to make a difference, she helps her clients peel back the multi-faceted layers of business and navigate with intention. From assisting clients in evolving strategic direction for long term sustainability in varying economic conditions to learning new ways to adapt financial statements and draw regular analysis for better decision-making in the day-to-day operations, Stephanie is here to help you lead your business effectively.

When Stephanie is not helping her clients grow their business, she teaches and practices yoga, and is always cultivating passions through training and certifications to deepen her profession as a human guide in business and in life.
